Hey folks. The reason you can't find Richard Fresquez is that he is trying to disappear. He is trying to duck out of a lawsuit won in 2008 for his inferior, improper roof applied to a property here in Albuquerque. Check his F rating with the BBB. He lies, and owes people money. You better check close before you have him or his son work for you. That is why the poor woman ended up with his old phone number... Poor lady. She even has a message pleading with folks not to call for Fresquez!

Prior to calling Richard, we called another guy with a listing in the Quick Quarter - when I asked him if he could come give me an estimate on a small (storage shed) roofing job, the guy said I charge "X" an hour & it would take me a week to do the job, but I dont do estimates...??? Right! I called Richard and he was out that afternoon, provided a reasonable est., and even with a bad hip & his truck breaking down the morning of the job he still had got it done in one day!! I have another job for him but unable to locate him - anyone out there who knows how to reach him please post something or ask him to contact the O'Leary/Sanchez job he did in Rio Rancho in January 2010.
Pros: Richard is a hardworker and gets the job done!
Cons: Cant find a new phone number for him! HELP!!

showed up on time , cleaned our yard so good it look like they were never there,no loud music and very respectful. did our roof in a timely manner and have had no problems. would highly recommend.
