A miserable place! The female who took my order was surly and looked like she hated being there. She barely answered my questions about the menu items. My husband and I ordered two cold sandwiches for lunch (it was around 10:30 am! and not busy at all). After 15 mins. my husband checked to seee where the sandwiches were. The girl at the counter said it would be a couple of more minutes. After 10 more minutes I went to the counter to see what had happened to the sandwiches. The waiter was in the back and I could clearly see him looking at me. I waited there a couple of minutes to see if someone would come and help me, but he just stared back at me. I finally lost my patience and had to yell to back to see if I could get someone to help me. He yelled back "Your order's done already!" quite irritated. Needless to say, my husband and I asked for our money back. The waiter asked if I was serious. Either the manager or owner came out and asked what the trouble was. I told him it took 25 minutes for two cold sandwiches with no one else in the shop. He didn't seem to care. He shrugged hi shoulders and walked off. No apology, nothing. I didn't even get a full refund. They had the audacity to charge me for my tea and then not want to give me a to-go cup! I eat out quite often and have never seen such rude, hostile staff or such an uncaring owner / manager (who knows he never introduced himself). NEVER EVER EAT HERE!
